Hi there,

As I’ve been busy writing weekly stories, I haven’t really said much about how I’ve been doing so I thought I’d do so and then ask your thoughts on Full Circle being sneak-previewed on a weekly blog.

We’re currently nursing lots of fledglings (an endangered breed) who are noisy little toddlers squabbling over their favourite foods and by lots, I mean… really a lot… because their parents felt that our garden was the best place to leave them as a day care centre. This means, we’ve been rescuing them from all sorts of creatures that think they look tasty, feeding them incredibly overpriced food and trying to teach them how to forage like they are supposed to do naturally. They are starting to get the idea when not ninja-kicking each other off the bird feeders, and are getting more streetwise (so not strutting up to a creature who thinks they are tasty to say hello) but lots of other birds are really enjoying the adaptation to Ferb’s ‘go find’ game… and so are the hedgehogs… and squirrels… so our garden, designed to be a wildlife garden… has paths full off creatures foraging alongside each other and finding new places to explore… Ferb carries on sleeping while they forage around him and some steal any treat he hasn’t eaten yet.

Sybie had to have extensive emergency surgery yesterday to remove nasty stuff growing inside her and is in recovery. She’s very sleepy at the moment and very sore (her scar is all the way down her body) but she’s munching some food and drinking some water so we’re very pleased she’s stable… so all thoughts, love and prayers for her (and the nursery mob) would be gratefully received.

So, onto Aeron… Where is Full Circle, you ask… Where is Aeron? Why isn’t the book out? Have you written it? Give us the book! 

I say, I don’t know… I haven’t had my edits yet… but it’s a large book and you say, good, so publish it already because we need to know if Renee shoots Aeron in the butt. (That about right?)

As I really don’t have my edits yet so can’t say when Full Circle will be published but… as an exclusive to my website… I’m considering giving you a scene from Aeron’s next instalment weekly until the book is published… but I know that some readers want the entire book so would rather wait… so, would you like the exclusive pre-release scenes or would you prefer to have different stories and wait for the release? Let me know what you think, and, if you know other Aeron fans, ask them to pitch in on the poll below…
